KAKADU offers four core product lines: Bioclimatic Pergolas (motorized aluminum louver roofs), Zip-Track Blinds (zipper-track outdoor blinds for wind and sun protection), Retractable Awnings (motorized and manual fabric shading systems), and Aluminum Shutters (adjustable louver windows and doors). All products are designed and manufactured at our vertically integrated facility in Foshan, China.
Bioclimatic pergolas feature motorized aluminum louvers adjustable from 0° to 135°, giving you precise control over sunlight, airflow, and rain protection. Fixed roof pergolas have a static louvered design that provides consistent shade and ventilation but cannot be adjusted. Bioclimatic pergolas offer greater flexibility for changing weather conditions.
Zip-Track blinds feature a patented zipper-guided track system that secures fabric edges into side channels, preventing billowing in wind. Standard roller blinds rely on tension and may flap or detach in strong winds. Zip-Track blinds are rated for higher wind loads, making them ideal for outdoor patios, balconies, and commercial spaces.
Our annual production capacity exceeds 45,000 m². Standard lead time is 25-35 days after order confirmation, depending on product type and volume. Custom OEM/ODM projects may require additional time for tooling and sample approval. We maintain a 100% on-time shipment rate.
Yes. We offer comprehensive OEM and ODM services, including custom colors (powder coating or wood grain transfer), custom dimensions, private labeling, and packaging design. Our in-house R&D team can also develop new products based on your specifications. We partner with brands across Oceania, North America, and Europe.
KAKADU is certified with ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), SGS product testing, BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative), and GMC (Global Manufacturer Certification). All products undergo rigorous testing for wind load, water resistance, UV protection, and material durability.
MOQ varies by product line. For standard products, we typically accept sample orders starting from 1 unit and bulk production orders of 10+ units. For custom OEM/ODM projects, MOQ depends on the scope of customization. Contact our sales team for specific requirements.

Yes. We export to 60+ countries worldwide. We support FOB, CIF, and DDP shipping terms. Our logistics team handles all export documentation and can arrange sea freight, air freight, or express delivery based on your needs.
We provide a standard 5-year warranty for aluminum frames and structural components, and a 3-year warranty for motorized systems and fabric parts. Warranty terms may differ for custom OEM products. All warranty claims are managed by our after-sales support team.
